Privacy Statement

For the purposes of this agreement, the words "RPAiX", "Voicicon "," We", "Our" and "Us" refer to RPAiX and "Site" to materials delivered on www.rpaix.com and other co-branded versions of the site and other applications developed owned and operated by RPAiX.

We gather information about you from many sources including, the following:


Data we receive

We may receive data from any device, such as a computer or mobile phone, to access the Service. These may include the IP address, the browser type, system and language used to access the Service, the date and time of visits, and how they have interacted with ads.


Technical Information

We may receive data from any device, such as a computer or mobile phone, to access the Service. This data could include IP address, browser type, language, date and/or time, type and location of internet service, GPS location, pages visited, interaction with ads, and any other types of content.


Cookies are data files that contain a unique identifier. They are sent to an internet application or browser and stored on a computer or mobile device to store specific information. Both session cookies (which expire when the web browser closes) and persistent cookies (which remain on the device until it is deleted) may be used. You may receive cookies from some of the content within the Service. Most browsers can be set to block all cookies or notify you when a cookie is being sent. "Beacons" or "Pixels" are electronic files that allow you to track your navigation through the Service. They also store email messages, complete transactions, submit applications, and your browsing habits. By changing the settings of your web browser, you can opt-out of beacon tracking.


"Log Files": When the Service's use is recorded, we may record and track specific technical data, including IP address and browser type. This data includes referring/exit pages, platform types, date/time stamp, click data, and types viewed advertisements.


Please note that neither you nor your End Users have any legal obligation to provide information.


How Do We Use Information

The information we gather is used first to provide the Service. We combine all available information to ensure that the Service is as relevant and high-quality as possible. To illustrate, we use the data we collect to:


  • Create dynamically prepared content so you can see it;
  • Remember information so that it is not necessary to re-enter it each time you visit the site.
  • We provide information and content that is personalized to our users.
  • Improve the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns and the Service's performance;

Personal Identifying Information ("PII") may be included in the information we receive. This is information that can uniquely identify, contact, or locate an individual. It provides information such as name and address, profile picture and phone number, private email address and title, and organizational communication.


We don't rent, sell, nor disseminate PII without your consent.

You have the option to choose whether or not you want us to receive your PII. Send a request to voice@rpaix.com to request access.



  • To our employees, contractors, consultants, service providers, suppliers, and contractors. The recipient agrees to keep the information confidential and that they will not be able to use the information for any other purpose than to assist us in providing the Service.
  • To comply or respond to applicable laws or regulations.
  • If we believe that disclosure is necessary or appropriate to enforce our rights, collect money, protect property rights, and/or -  - assist government enforcement agencies.
  • Any parent, affiliated, or successor entity of ours.
  • To consummate any asset sale or transfer, merger, liquidation, or as part thereof.
  • Notify your organization.


Legal Basis for Processing In EU and EEA


We will not use your personal information without your consent.


You have the right to withdraw your consent for us to use information about you for a purpose. However, this will not affect any processing that has taken place.

We will retain your information, but we will keep it safe using commercially acceptable methods to protect it against unauthorized access and loss, theft, copying, or modification. However, transmissions and storage methods are not always 100% secure.


We reserve the right to retain personal information if required for legal compliance purposes or protect vital interests.


Data Processing within the EU and Data Transfer

Personal information that we collect is stored in the United States. We or our affiliates or third-party providers may also keep it there. If you provide us personal information, you agree to their disclosure to third parties overseas.


Any personal information that is transferred from countries of the European Economic Area will be protected. This includes the standard data protection clauses approved and used by the European Commission and binding corporate rules or any other legal means.

You acknowledge that data transfers from non-EEA countries to other countries may be subject to different data protection laws than those in our jurisdiction. As a result, there are potential risks that third parties may engage in acts or practices that violate our privacy laws. In this case, you might not be able to seek redress under our privacy laws.


Use of non-personally-identifying information


Generally

We may give information about you and your End-Users to third parties without identifying you as an individual. We use this information for:


  • Providing statistical and aggregated statistics to researchers and data consumers.
  • Analyzing how the Service is used.
  • Diagnosing, resolving technical difficulties.
  • Maintaining security.

Any anonymized data may be used or disclosed by us at our discretion.


Advertise

Advertisements may be served through the Service as stated above. In addition, advertisements may be based upon the information we receive other than the PII.


Deactivation & Deletion Of Your Information

RPAiX deletes your PII periodically, every 6-12 months. Send an email to info@rpaix.com if your PII is not being deleted or removed permanently. Include "Delete my Information" as the subject and your full name, email address, and body of the email. 


We will respond promptly to your request, usually within 30 days. 

We will comply with your request and remove any PII requested from our database. 

Some information may not be erased from all databases and backups. We may still keep certain PII for customer support, legal and similar purposes. We reserve the right to retain all non-PII and continue using such non-PII according to this Policy after the termination of your account.


Information Security

To protect all information, we use industry standards, such as encryption, passwords, and firewalls. We also regularly review our practices to find security vulnerabilities and opportunities for improvement. But, the transmission of information cannot be guaranteed to be 100% secure. Unauthorized access or use, hardware and software failures, and other factors could compromise information security. This risk is acknowledged and accepted by you when you communicate with us.


Privacy

We never ask for or collect personal data from anyone under 13. Nor do we allow them to register for the Service. If you're under 13, do not use the Service. Anyone under age 13 cannot provide us with any personal information. We will immediately delete any personal information we learn we have collected from a child younger than 13 years without verifying parental consent. If you think we might have any information about a child under 13, please email voice@rpaix.com. 


Updates to Our Privacy Policy

Your use of the Service indicates your agreement to us collecting and using personal information per this Policy. If there are material changes to the Policy, we will notify users by posting the information on the Service website. Or by any other means as we choose. We reserve the right to change this Policy at any moment. Therefore, please make sure you review it regularly. When posted on this page, changes to this Policy become binding and are effective immediately. In addition, if the Service holds your email address, we may use it to notify you of any changes to this Policy.
